PLACING AN ORDER AND DELIVERY

 

// Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. However, this is not confirmation that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right not to accept your order.

// Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, confirming our acceptance of the order you have placed. All orders are, however, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued if we cannot complete the accepted order for reasons concerning stock.

// Orders will typically be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being accepted. However, please allow 10-14 working days for the dispatch of personalised items.

**Personlised items cannot be changed or refunded**

// Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. If there is no one home to accept the delivery our carrier will leave a card and you will need to collect the product from their local depot or you will need to arrange a re-delivery time with them directly. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of the delivery. You own the products once we have received full payment.

PRICING

// Customers will be charged in GBP. If you’re credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, you will be charged depending on the exchange rate on the day of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be transferred onto new order and cash/credit alternatives are not offered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

// Please contact us if you require delivery outside the UK. Delivery charges will apply, and we will advise you what the charges will be, depending on the required destination. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties/taxes, which apply when the delivery reaches your destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any import duties/taxes and we suggest you contact your local customs office to check what the costs will be prior to placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
