RETURNS

Customers are responsible for all costs including carriage costs for returns unless we are providing a replacement for a faulty product or incorrect order.

RETURNS

// Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Returns must be communicated in writing, via email and acknowledged by Holy Horse by email.  Goods must be returned to Holy Horse within those 14 calendar days. After the returned goods have been received by Holy Horse, refunds will be paid within the following 14 calendar days, providing they have been returned within the allocated 14 calendar days and in the same condition as they were dispatched.


CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEM

// Returned items must but be in their original condition, with all the tags attached, in their original packaging and free from any marks: dirt, odour, hair, faeces and mud. Any item found not be in the required condition to be resold will not be refunded. In this case, the buyer must make arrangements for the return of the item(s) within 14 days. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be kept after this period.

EXCHANGES

// We are unable to exchange items for alternative styles or colours. However, we will ensure an efficient return process and full refund and will assist with placing new orders for preferred items.

// If you require a different sized item, we will endeavor to supply you with a new size on your new order depending on stock availability and whether the condition of the returned item complies with the standards, listed above. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return carriage and the costs associated with re-sending the new item. Holy Horse has no liability to pay any compensation, other than refunding the amount initially paid for the item(s).

DEFECTS

// If your item is damaged in transit or a manufacturing fault is detected upon inspection, you should contact us immediately. In this instant we will replace your item upon receipt of the damaged item and refund any carriage cost incurred by you as long as we receive proof of postage payment. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The returned item must also be clean, as it should not have been used by you during the transit process. If we cannot send out a replacement due to being out of stock, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund.

SHIPPING

// We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail. Holy Horse is not liable for any returned goods which are not returned in this way. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods.
